By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our affiliate program.
• Commissions are earned only on confirmed bookings that are not cancelled or refunded.
• Affiliate links must be used in accordance with our marketing guidelines.
• Spam, fraudulent activities, or misleading advertising is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate our terms.
• Commission rates and payment terms are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• Minimum payout threshold must be reached before withdrawal requests can be processed.
• All payments are processed monthly, typically within 7-14 business days after month end.

Our affiliate program agreement includes the following:

• Data Privacy: We respect your privacy and will only use your information for program administration and communication purposes.
• Commission Tracking: We use cookies and tracking technology to accurately attribute bookings to your affiliate account.
• Payment Information: Payment details are securely stored and only used for commission payouts.
• Marketing Materials: You may use our provided marketing materials, but must not modify them without permission.
• Brand Guidelines: All promotional activities must comply with our brand guidelines and trademark usage policies.
• Confidentiality: Affiliate-specific information, including commission rates, must remain confidential.
• Termination: Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days written notice.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or arbitration.
